โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างถังน้ำแบบแชมเปญ ขนาด 20 ลบ.ม. สูง 20 เมตร พร้อมวางท่อส่งน้ำประปา ณ บ้านนายต่าย บ้านจันอุย หมู่ที่ 5 ตำบลลาดหญ้า อำเภอเมืองกาญจนบุรี จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดเก็บและจ่ายน้ำประปาให้แก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ โครงการประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างถังเก็บน้ำ ติดตั้งระบบท่อประปา และอุปกรณ์ประกอบอื่นๆ ตามรายละเอียดที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลลาดหญ้ากำหนด ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 50 ของมูลค่าวัสดุทั้งหมด และใช้เหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ใช้ทั้งหมด นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบในการแก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้นระหว่างการก่อสร้าง เช่น ท่อประปาแตก หรือพื้นทางเข้าบ้านประชาชนเสียหาย และต้องแจ้งผู้ควบคุมงานทราบก่อนดำเนินการก่อสร้างใดๆ

This project involves the construction of a champagne-shaped water tank with a capacity of 20 cubic meters and a height of 20 meters, along with the installation of a water supply pipeline. The project is located at Ban Nai Tai, Ban Chan-ui, Village No. 5, Lat Ya Subdistrict, Mueang Kanchanaburi District, Kanchanaburi Province. The objective is to improve the efficiency of water storage and distribution to the local population. The project includes the construction of a water storage tank, installation of a water pipeline system, and other related equipment according to the specifications of the Lat Ya Subdistrict Administration Organization. The contractor is required to use domestically produced materials for at least 50% of the total material value and domestically produced steel for at least 60% of the total steel quantity. The contractor is also responsible for resolving any problems that may arise during construction, such as broken water pipes or damage to residents’ access routes, and must notify the supervisor before commencing any construction work.
