โครงการนี้เป็นการจ้างออกแบบและจัดทำ Artwork สำหรับหนังสือรายงานประจำปี 2567 ของการไฟฟ้านครหลวง ในรูปแบบหนังสือออนไลน์ (e-Book) เพื่อนำเสนอผลการดำเนินงานและแนวทางการพัฒนาองค์กร โดยมีแนวคิดหลักคือ “To be Sustainable Energy Utility สู่เส้นทางการเป็นองค์กรพลังงานที่ยั่งยืน” ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องออกแบบปกและรูปเล่มให้สอดคล้องกับแนวคิดหลัก จัดหาภาพประกอบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินงานของการไฟฟ้านครหลวง รวมถึงการถ่ายภาพบุคคลากรและสถานที่ และจัดทำ Infographic, กราฟฟิค, แผนภูมิ, และตารางที่เหมาะสมกับเนื้อหา โดย e-Book จะต้องมีเนื้อหาไม่น้อยกว่า 200 หน้า และสามารถใช้งานได้ทั้งบนคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์พกพาต่างๆ นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดทำสารบัญที่มีการเชื่อมโยงไปยังบทความต่างๆ และจัดทำ Bookmark เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงข้อมูล รวมถึงมีการแปลเนื้อหาบางส่วนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ

This project involves the design and creation of artwork for the Metropolitan Electricity Authority’s (MEA) 2024 annual report in an e-Book format. The central theme is “To be Sustainable Energy Utility towards becoming a sustainable energy organization.” The contractor will design the cover and layout, source images related to MEA’s operations, including photos of personnel and locations, and create infographics, graphics, charts, and tables suitable for the content. The e-Book must contain at least 200 pages and be accessible on computers and mobile devices. Additionally, the contractor must create a table of contents with links to articles and bookmarks for easy access to information. The contractor is also responsible for translating some content into English.
