โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงซอยประชาราษฎร์ ๑ ซอย ๒๖ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำท่วมและเพิ่มความสะดวกในการเดินทางของประชาชน ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการทุบสกัดและเสริมขอบบ่อพัก, การสร้างชั้นแทคโค้ตและผิวทางแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีต, และการปรับปรุงผิวจราจรคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (ค.ส.ล.) ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด, ใช้วัสดุที่ได้มาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรม (มอก.), และมีวิศวกรควบคุมงานที่ได้รับอนุญาต การประเมินผลงานจะพิจารณาจากราคาต่ำสุดและผู้ชนะการประมูลจะต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นเวลา 2 ปี โครงการนี้มีระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 150 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 3,268,000 บาท

The scope of work includes demolition and reinforcement of manhole edges, construction of tack coat and asphalt concrete pavement, and improvement of reinforced concrete pavement. The contractor must operate according to specified standards, use materials that meet industrial standards, and have a licensed supervising engineer. Performance evaluation will be based on the lowest price, and the winner must guarantee workmanship defects for 2 years. The project duration is 150 days from the date of signing the contract, with a budget of 3,268,000 Baht.
