โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาและเปลี่ยนไส้กรอง Ultra Filtration (UF) membrane ของระบบผลิตน้ำประปา ณ สวนสมุนไพรสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ เนื่องจากไส้กรองเดิมหมดอายุการใช้งาน โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาไส้กรอง UF membrane ที่มีคุณสมบัติเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด เช่น ชนิดของ Membrane, Pore Size, Filtration Flow และความยาวของกระบอกไส้กรอง นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการเปลี่ยนไส้กรอง พร้อมทั้งทำความสะอาดภายในระบบผลิตน้ำประปา รวมถึงตรวจสอบการทำงานของระบบก่อนและหลังการเปลี่ยนไส้กรอง เพื่อให้มั่นใจได้ว่าระบบผลิตน้ำประปาสามารถกลับมาทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และคุณภาพน้ำเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น ไม่เป็นผู้ที่ถูกระงับการยื่นข้อเสนอ ไม่เคยได้รับการภาคทัณฑ์ และมีผลงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการติดตั้งหรือปรับปรุงระบบกรองน้ำประปา-น้ำใช้หรือน้ำดื่ม

การพิจารณาผลการยื่นข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา โดยพิจารณาจากราคารวมต่ำสุด

This project involves the procurement and replacement of Ultra Filtration (UF) membrane filters for the water supply system at Somdej Phra Theparatana Rajsuda Herbal Garden. The contractor must provide PVDF UF membrane filters that meet specified criteria, including membrane type, pore size, filtration flow, and cylinder length. The contractor is also responsible for replacing the filters, cleaning the water supply system, and verifying system performance before and after filter replacement to ensure efficient operation and water quality compliance.

Bidders must meet specific qualifications, such as not being suspended from bidding, not having been reprimanded, and having a track record of installing or upgrading water filtration systems.

The bid evaluation will be based on price, with the lowest total price being the determining factor.
