โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดจ้างผู้ให้บริการภายนอก (Outsource) ในการบำรุงรักษาระบบเครือข่าย (Network) และระบบรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัย (Security) ของอาคาร ๙๐๑ ของสถาบันสารสนเทศทรัพยากรน้ำ (องค์การมหาชน) ให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดูแลรักษาระบบต่างๆ ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด รวมถึงการตรวจสอบ การแก้ไขปัญหา การปรับปรุงระบบ และการรายงานผลการดำเนินงานตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด เป้าหมายหลักคือการรักษาเสถียรภาพและความปลอดภัยของระบบเครือข่ายและข้อมูลขององค์กร งบประมาณที่ได้รับจัดสรรสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 3,900,000.00 บาท และราคากลางอยู่ที่ 3,405,850.00 บาท โดยกำหนดราคาเมื่อวันที่ 17 มกราคม 2564
