โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อวัสดุการแพทย์ Ortho ประเภทข้อสะโพกชนิดไม่มีเบ้า 2 ชั้น (ใช้ซีเมนต์) จำนวน 20 ชุด ให้กับโรงพยาบาลชัยภูมิ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการรักษาผู้ป่วยที่เข้ามารับบริการ โดยวัสดุที่จัดซื้อประกอบด้วย ข้อสะโพกเทียมไม่มีเบ้าชนิด 2 ชั้น (ไบโพล่า) ชนิดใช้ร่วมกับสารยึดกระดูก, ก้านสะโพกเทียมแบบใช้สารยึดกระดูก, พลาสติกชนิด PMMA สำหรับอุดโพรงกระดูก, และหัวสะโพก (V40 Femoral head) ที่ผลิตจากสแตนเลส
ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการจัดหาวัสดุที่มีคุณลักษณะเฉพาะตามที่กำหนด เช่น ก้านสะโพกเทียมต้องมีลักษณะเรียวลง, ผิวขัดมันเงา, ไม่มีบ่ากันจม, และมีขนาด Neck Angle ที่ 125 องศา นอกจากนี้, ต้องมี Centralizer สำหรับยึดก้านสะโพกให้อยู่กลางโพรงกระดูก และหัวสะโพกเทียมชนิด 2 ชั้นต้องมีลักษณะเป็นครึ่งวงกลม ทำจาก Cobalt Chrome และ UHMWPE
ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด, จัดทำเอกสารเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะทางเทคนิค, และส่งมอบพัสดุภายในวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2568 โดยการพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา
This project aims to procure 20 sets of Ortho medical supplies, specifically cemented bi-polar hip prostheses, for Chaiyaphum Hospital to improve patient care efficiency. The supplies include cementable bi-polar hip prostheses, cemented stems, PMMA bone cement, and stainless steel V40 femoral heads.
The scope of work includes providing materials with specific features, such as tapered and polished stems without collars, a 125-degree neck angle, and a centralizer to secure the stem. The bi-polar heads must be hemispherical and made of Cobalt Chrome and UHMWPE.
Bidders must meet specified qualifications, submit technical comparison documents, and deliver the supplies by September 30, 2025. The selection will be based on price.
