ประกาศเชิญชวนผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมการประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อจัดซื้อกล้องถ่ายภาพ จำนวน 1 ชุด เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาสื่อภาพยนตร์ท้องฟ้าจำลองและเผยแพร่โครงสร้างดาราศาสตร์ของสถาบันวิจัยดาราศาสตร์แห่งชาติ (สดร.) ภายใต้การดำเนินงานของศูนย์ฝึกอบรมดาราศาสตร์นานาชาติภายใต้ยูเนสโก กล้องถ่ายภาพที่ต้องการเป็นชนิด Mirrorless, Full-frame, ความละเอียดไม่น้อยกว่า 50MP, รองรับ ISO สูงสุดไม่น้อยกว่า 25600, รองรับการถ่ายวีดีโอ 8K UHD และมีคุณสมบัติอื่นๆ ตามที่กำหนด ผู้สนใจต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่ระบุไว้ในประกาศ และยื่นข้อเสนอผ่านระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด สถาบันจะพิจารณาตัดสินโดยใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด วงเงินงบประมาณในการจัดซื้อ 195,600.00 บาท กำหนดส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 30 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ผู้ขายต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของสิ่งของเป็นเวลา 1 ปี

Invitation to bid for the procurement of one set of cameras to support the development of planetarium films and the dissemination of astronomical structures by the National Astronomical Research Institute of Thailand (NARIT) under the operation of the UNESCO International Astronomical Training Center. The desired camera is Mirrorless type, Full-frame, resolution not less than 50MP, supports maximum ISO not less than 25600, supports 8K UHD video recording and has other specified features. Interested parties must meet the qualifications specified in the announcement and submit proposals through the Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) system within the specified period. The institute will make a decision based on the lowest price criteria. The budget for the purchase is 195,600.00 baht. Delivery must be made within 30 days from the date of signing the contract. The seller must guarantee defects in the items for 1 year.
