โครงการนี้เป็นการจ้างเหมาปฏิบัติงานเพื่อส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์และใช้ประโยชน์จากหวายในป่าชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการจัดการทรัพยากรป่าไม้ อนุรักษ์พันธุ์หวาย และสร้างรายได้ให้ชุมชน ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการในพื้นที่ป่าชุมชน 20 แห่ง ในจังหวัดเชียงราย รวมพื้นที่ 500 ไร่ งานประกอบด้วย การสำรวจและรังวัดพื้นที่ การเตรียมพื้นที่ปลูก การทำทางตรวจการและแนวกันไฟ การทำหลักและปักหมายแนว การปลูกและขนกล้า การดายวัชพืช การปลูกซ่อม และการนับอัตราการรอดตายของหวาย กำหนดส่งมอบงานภายใน 120 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ผู้สนใจต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP

This project is a contract for work to promote the sustainable conservation and utilization of rattan in community forests for the fiscal year 2025. The objectives are to promote community participation in forest resource management, conserve rattan species, and generate income for the community. The contractor must operate in 20 community forest areas in Chiang Rai province, totaling 500 rai. The work includes surveying and measuring the area, preparing the planting area, making inspection paths and firebreaks, making stakes and marking lines, planting and transporting seedlings, weeding, replanting, and counting the survival rate of rattan. The work must be completed within 120 days from the date of signing the contract. Interested parties must meet the legal qualifications and register in the e-GP system.
