สำนักงานคณะกรรมการนโยบายเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก (สกพอ.) มีโครงการพัฒนาระบบการสนทนาตอบกลับแบบอัตโนมัติ (Chatbot) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการข้อมูลด้านการลงทุนในพื้นที่ EEC แก่นักลงทุน ผู้ประกอบการ และผู้สนใจทั่วไป ระบบ Chatbot นี้จะสามารถตอบคำถาม ให้ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ EEC ได้อย่างรวดเร็วและถูกต้อง ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ลดภาระของเจ้าหน้าที่ในการตอบคำถามซ้ำๆ และสามารถนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อวางแผนพัฒนาการให้บริการต่อไปได้ ระบบจะถูกพัฒนาให้รองรับการเชื่อมต่อกับระบบงานของ สกพอ. ผ่าน API และใช้เทคโนโลยี AI ในการประมวลผลข้อมูล ทำให้สามารถเรียนรู้และปรับปรุงการตอบสนองได้ด้วยตัวเอง รวมถึงมีฟังก์ชัน Active Self-Learning

The Eastern Economic Corridor Office of Thailand (EECO) is developing a Chatbot system to enhance information services related to investment in the EEC area for investors, entrepreneurs, and the general public. The Chatbot will be able to answer questions and provide information about the EEC quickly and accurately, 24/7. It will reduce the burden on staff to answer repetitive questions and can be used to analyze data to plan for further service development. The system will be developed to support connection with the EECO’s work systems via API and use AI technology to process information. It can learn and improve its responses by itself. Included Active Self-Learning Function.
