การประปาส่วนภูมิภาค (กปภ.) มีความประสงค์จะจัดจ้างผู้ให้บริการบำรุงรักษาระบบบริหารจัดการเวลาออนไลน์ (TMS) เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง มีประสิทธิภาพ และปลอดภัยตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง 7 วันต่อสัปดาห์ ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมถึงการตรวจสอบ แก้ไขปัญหา และให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับระบบ TMS ทั้งในส่วนของพนักงาน เจ้าหน้าที่กองบริหารทั่วไป เจ้าหน้าที่งานธุรการ เจ้าหน้าที่งานอำนวยการ กปภ.สาขา และเจ้าหน้าที่กองทรัพยากรบุคคลและกองพัฒนาระบบงานสารสนเทศ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดูแลทั้งระบบ TMS-QAS และ TMS-PRD รวมถึงการตรวจสอบ Software, Configuration, Log, Database Space, และ Database Backup นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องปรับปรุง SSL Certificate, ปรับแต่งระบบและฐานข้อมูล, จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการบำรุงรักษา, และให้บริการแก้ไขปัญหาตาม SLA ที่กำหนด โครงการนี้มีระยะเวลาดำเนินการตั้งแต่ 12 มิถุนายน 2568 ถึง 30 มิถุนายน 2569 โดยใช้เกณฑ์ราคาในการพิจารณาผู้ชนะการประกวดราคา

The Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) is seeking a service provider to maintain its Time Management System (TMS). The objective is to ensure the system operates continuously, efficiently, and securely 24/7. The scope of work includes monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing consultation for the TMS system, covering modules for employees, general administration staff, administrative staff, PWA branch staff, and personnel from the Human Resources and Information System Development departments. The contractor will be responsible for both the TMS-QAS and TMS-PRD systems, including checking software, configuration, logs, database space, and database backups. Additionally, the contractor must update SSL certificates, optimize the system and database, prepare maintenance reports, and provide troubleshooting services according to the specified SLA. The project duration is from June 12, 2028, to June 30, 2029, and the winner will be selected based on the lowest price.
