โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดีแก่ผู้ใช้งาน ส่งเสริมการใช้งาน และพัฒนารูปแบบการแสดงผลของโมดูลการเรียนรู้สุขภาวะ (Learning Module) ของสำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.). โดยมุ่งเน้นการปรับปรุง User Interface (UI) และ User Experience (UX) ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ซึ่งประกอบด้วย ผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ภาคีเครือข่าย และประชาชนทั่วไป

ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการสำรวจและจัดโครงสร้างเนื้อหาให้เป็นระบบ แบ่งตามประเด็นยุทธศาสตร์ของ สสส. เช่น แอลกอฮอล์ บุหรี่ อาหาร กิจกรรมทางกาย มลภาวะทางอากาศ สุขภาพจิต และอุบัติเหตุ โดยแบ่งย่อยตามกลุ่มเป้าหมายในพื้นที่ต่างๆ (โรงเรียน ชุมชน สถานประกอบการ). นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องออกแบบและพัฒนาการแสดงผลที่เรียบง่าย ชัดเจน ตอบสนองรวดเร็ว เข้าถึงง่าย และให้ข้อมูลทันที รวมถึงทดสอบการใช้งานกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างและปรับปรุงแก้ไขตามความเห็นชอบของ สสส. สุดท้ายคือการพัฒนาระบบให้สามารถเชื่อมต่อกับระบบ Resource Center ของ สสส. และจัดทำวิดีโอแนะนำการใช้งานระบบ

ผลลัพธ์ที่คาดหวังคือ โมดูลการเรียนรู้สุขภาวะที่มีรูปแบบการแสดงผลที่น่าสนใจ ใช้งานง่าย และสามารถส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้และนำไปใช้ในการดำเนินงานสร้างเสริมสุขภาพในระดับพื้นที่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

This project aims to develop the display format and user interface (UI) design of the ThaiHealth Promotion Foundation’s (ThaiHealth’s) Learning Module, considering user experience (UX) to promote usage among diverse target groups, such as change leaders, networks, and the general public. The contractor will survey and structure content, design and develop the display, and test the usage and system connectivity.

The main objectives are to create a positive user experience, promote usage, and improve the display format of the Learning Module. The scope of work includes surveying and systematically structuring content based on ThaiHealth’s strategic issues, such as alcohol, tobacco, food, physical activity, air pollution, mental health, and accidents, subdivided by target groups in different areas (schools, communities, workplaces). Additionally, the contractor must design and develop a simple, clear, responsive, accessible, and informative display, as well as test the usability with a sample group and make revisions as approved by ThaiHealth. The final step is to develop a system that can connect to ThaiHealth’s Resource Center system and create a video to introduce the system.

The expected outcome is a Health Learning Module with an attractive and user-friendly display format that can effectively promote learning and be used to implement health promotion activities at the local level.
