โครงการนี้เป็นการปรับปรุงถนนลาดยางแอสฟัลท์คอนกรีต ถนนสิทธิประชาราษฎร์ ช่วงระหว่างบ้านมาง หมู่ที่ 4 และบ้านลุ้น หมู่ที่ 9 ในตำบลหย่วน อำเภอเชียงคำ จังหวัดพะเยา ถนนที่ปรับปรุงมีความกว้าง 6.00 เมตร ยาว 1,238.00 เมตร และมีความหนา 0.05 เมตร หรือคิดเป็นพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 7,428 ตารางเมตร งานหลักประกอบด้วย การรื้อผิวถนนลาดยางเดิม, งาน Prime Coat, งานผิวทางแอสฟัลท์คอนกรีต, และงานตีเส้นจราจรด้วยเทอร์โมพลาสติก นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดทำทางเชื่อมทุกจุดเพื่อให้การสัญจรเป็นไปอย่างสะดวกและปลอดภัย โครงการนี้ดำเนินการโดยเทศบาลตำบลเชียงคำ และอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดมาตรฐานงานทางสำหรับองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น

This project involves the improvement of the asphalt concrete road, Sittipracharat Road, between Ban Mang Village No. 4 and Ban Lun Village No. 9 in Yuan Sub-district, Chiang Kham District, Phayao Province. The improved road will have a width of 6.00 meters, a length of 1,238.00 meters, and a thickness of 0.05 meters, or an area of not less than 7,428 square meters. The main tasks include removing the existing asphalt surface, prime coat application, asphalt concrete paving, and thermoplastic road marking. In addition, the contractor must provide connections at all points to ensure convenient and safe traffic flow. This project is carried out by Chiang Kham Subdistrict Municipality and is under the standard requirements for road works for local administrative organizations.
