โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างถนนลาดยางบนคันคลองระบายน้ํา ร.๑ พร้อมทั้งซ่อมแซมคันดินด้านหลังกําแพงคลองระบายน้ํา ร.๑ ในพื้นที่ตําบลท่าช้าง อําเภอบางกล่ํา จังหวัดสงขลา โดยมีรายละเอียดของงานดังนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดทํารายละเอียดด้านวิศวกรรมให้สอดคล้องกับแบบหมายเลข 245262 ซึ่งประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างผิวจราจรแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต (ตามแบบหมายเลข 140129), การบดอัดดินถมให้ได้ความแน่น 95% (MIN.)
