2. ผลิตภัณฑ์และรุ่น: กฟภ. จะพิจารณาเฉพาะเอกสารทางเทคนิคที่ระบุผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นแบบ (Type) หรือรุ่น (Model) ที่ตรงกับที่ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอระบุไว้ในรายการที่เสนอราคาเท่านั้น
3. คุณสมบัติของเซอร์กิตเบรกเกอร์ สวิตซ์ และอุปกรณ์ตัดตอน: สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ประเภทนี้ ต้องมีคุณสมบัติอย่างน้อยข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง: (1) ผลิตโดยผู้ผลิตที่มีประสบการณ์, (2) เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผ่านการขึ้นทะเบียนกับ กฟภ. หรือ (3) เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผ่านการทดลองติดตั้งใช้งานในการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค
4. การรับประกันหม้อแปลงไฟฟ้า: ในกรณีที่หม้อแปลงไฟฟ้าเกิดการชำรุดระหว่างการใช้งานภายในระยะเวลารับประกัน กฟภ. สงวนสิทธิในการผ่าพิสูจน์เพื่อหาสาเหตุการชำรุด โดยคู่สัญญาต้องเข้าร่วม หากพบว่าใช้วัสดุอุปกรณ์ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด กฟภ. มีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญาและเรียกค่าเสียหาย
5. ค่าบริการทดสอบ: กฟภ. อาจเรียกเก็บค่าบริการทดสอบพัสดุ โดยมีรายละเอียดและอัตราค่าบริการที่แตกต่างกันไปตามประเภทการทดสอบ ซึ่งสามารถตรวจสอบข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมได้ที่เว็บไซต์ของ กฟภ.
