โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างและขยายเครือข่ายเฝ้าระวังทางวัฒนธรรมให้มีประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงาน เผยแพร่ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการเป็นพลเมืองที่ดีในยุคดิจิทัลแก่เด็ก เยาวชน และประชาชนทั่วไป โดยจะมีการจัดกิจกรรมสัญจร 4 ครั้ง ใน 4 ภูมิภาค ได้แก่ ภาคกลางและภาคตะวันออก (นครนายก) ภาคเหนือ (แม่ฮ่องสอน) ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ (นครราชสีมา) และภาคใต้ (ตรัง) กิจกรรมประกอบด้วยการจัดนิทรรศการ การเสวนา เวิร์คช็อป และสันทนาการ โดยมีเป้าหมายให้ผู้เข้าร่วมมีความรู้เท่าทันสื่อ เข้าใจกลลวง และใช้งานแพลตฟอร์มต่างๆ ได้อย่างเหมาะสม ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ จัดหาสถานที่ จัดระบบแสงสีเสียง จัดอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม และบริหารจัดการกิจกรรมให้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ ผลงานที่จัดทำทั้งหมดถือเป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงวัฒนธรรม

This project aims to create and expand a cultural surveillance network to operate efficiently, disseminate knowledge and understanding about being good citizens in the digital age to children, youth, and the general public. Four mobile activities will be held in four regions: Central and Eastern (Nakhon Nayok), Northern (Mae Hong Son), Northeastern (Nakhon Ratchasima), and Southern (Trang). Activities include exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and recreation, with the goal of equipping participants with media literacy, understanding deception, and using various platforms appropriately. The contractor must produce promotional materials, secure venues, manage lighting and sound systems, provide food and beverages, and manage activities in accordance with the project’s objectives. All produced works are copyrighted by the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Culture.
