สำนักงานคณะกรรมการกิจการกระจายเสียง กิจการโทรทัศน์ และกิจการโทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ (กสทช.) มีความประสงค์จะจ้างผู้ให้บริการเพื่อจัดการประชุม Girls in ICT Day Thailand 2025 ในรูปแบบ Hybrid Meeting ณ สำนักงาน กสทช. ในเดือนเมษายน พ.ศ. 2568 หรือตามที่ กสทช. กำหนด การประชุมนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ/โทรคมนาคม และอาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยีดังกล่าวในกลุ่มเยาวสตรี ผู้หญิง และประชาชนทั่วไป ผู้เสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดในพระราชบัญญัติการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างฯ และมีผลงานการจัดการประชุมระหว่างประเทศในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 475,000 บาท ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบการจัดการประชุม การจัดเตรียมสถานที่ อุปกรณ์ การถ่ายภาพ การบันทึกภาพวีดิทัศน์ และการจัดทำสื่อวีดิทัศน์ รวมถึงต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านการใช้พัสดุภายในประเทศ และข้อตกลงการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (Data Processing Agreement: DPA) เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562

The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) is seeking proposals for the organization of the Girls in ICT Day Thailand 2025, in a Hybrid Meeting format. The purpose is to promote and support the use of information technology/telecommunications and related careers among young women, women, and the general public. Bidders must meet the qualifications outlined in the procurement regulations, including prior experience managing international conferences, and must comply with all requirements related to venue management, equipment, photography, videography, and media production. Additionally, bidders must adhere to the requirement of using domestically produced materials and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.
