โรงพยาบาลฮอด จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีความประสงค์จะเช่าเครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์เคมีในเลือดอัตโนมัติพร้อมน้ำยา จำนวน 1 เครื่อง เพื่อใช้ในการตรวจวิเคราะห์หาปริมาณสารเคมีและเกลือแร่ในเลือด เพื่อสนับสนุนการวินิจฉัยและติดตามการรักษาโรค เครื่องวิเคราะห์ต้องเป็นชนิด Fully Automatic chemistry Analyzer ที่มีมาตรฐานสากล (CE, US FDA, หรือ ISO 13475) มีความเร็วในการตรวจวิเคราะห์ไม่น้อยกว่า 1,000 Test ต่อชั่วโมง (หรือ 1,200 Test/ชั่วโมง หากรวม Electrolyte) สามารถใส่ตัวอย่างได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 150 ตัวอย่าง และมีช่องใส่น้ำยาไม่น้อยกว่า 100 ช่อง ต้องมีระบบเปิดฝาจุกอัตโนมัติ มีระบบตรวจสอบคุณภาพตัวอย่าง (Serum index) และสามารถใช้ whole blood ในการตรวจวิเคราะห์ HbA1c ได้ น้ำยาที่ใช้ต้องเป็นยี่ห้อเดียวกับเครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์ และเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ของแท้จากผู้ผลิต

Hod Hospital, Chiang Mai Province, intends to lease one automatic blood chemistry analyzer with reagents for analyzing chemical and mineral levels in blood to support disease diagnosis and treatment monitoring. The analyzer must be a fully automatic chemistry analyzer with international standards (CE, US FDA, or ISO 13475), with an analysis speed of at least 1,000 tests per hour (or 1,200 tests/hour including Electrolyte). It should accommodate at least 150 samples and have at least 100 reagent slots. An automatic cap opening system, a sample quality check system (Serum index), and the ability to use whole blood for HbA1c analysis are required. Reagents must be the same brand as the analyzer and genuine products from the manufacturer.
