ข้อกำหนดและขอบเขตของงาน (TOR) โครงการบำรุงรักษาซอฟต์แวร์ SAP ERP S/4HANA ของราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อต่ออายุลิขสิทธิ์และบำรุงรักษาระบบ SAP ERP S/4HANA ให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด รองรับการทำงานของระบบต่างๆ ภายในราชวิทยาลัยฯ ได้แก่ ระบบงบประมาณ, งานบริหารพัสดุ, งานบัญชีและการเงิน, งานบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล และงานต่อเชื่อม (System Interfaces) กับระบบต่างๆ ของราชวิทยาลัยฯ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาและบำรุงรักษา SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management Professional User จำนวน 80 License, SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management Productivity User จำนวน 106 License, และ SAP ERP HCM Component User จำนวน 1,500 License นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องมีสิทธิในการดาวน์โหลดชุดซอฟต์แวร์ที่ปรับปรุงใหม่, รับบริการแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งาน, รับแจ้งและตอบปัญหาตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง, เข้าถึงระบบฐานข้อมูลความรู้เกี่ยวกับ SAP, และสืบค้นข้อมูลปัญหา/แนวทางการแก้ไข ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดใน TOR, เช่น ต้องได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้เป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายจากผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายในประเทศไทย, มีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามที่กำหนด, หรือมีวงเงินสินเชื่อตามเกณฑ์ที่ระบุ การส่งมอบงานจะต้องแล้วเสร็จภายใน 30 วันนับจากวันที่ลงนามในสัญญา และโครงการมีระยะเวลาการดำเนินงานจนถึงวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2568 โดยมีงบประมาณรวมทั้งสิ้น 25,000,000 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม)

The Terms of Reference (TOR) for the SAP ERP S/4HANA software maintenance project of Chulabhorn Royal Academy aims to renew the license and maintain the SAP ERP S/4HANA system for continuous and efficient operation. This includes supporting various internal systems such as budgeting, procurement, accounting, human resources, and system interfaces. The contractor must procure and maintain SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management Professional User (80 licenses), SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management Productivity User (106 licenses), and SAP ERP HCM Component User (1,500 licenses). The contractor must also have the right to download software updates, receive usage problem-solving services, 24-hour problem reporting and response, access the SAP knowledge base, and search for problem information/solutions. Bidders must meet the qualifications specified in the TOR, such as being an authorized distributor from the manufacturer or distributor in Thailand, having a net asset value as specified, or having a credit line according to the specified criteria. Work delivery must be completed within 30 days from the contract signing date, and the project period is until December 31, 2025, with a total budget of 25,000,000 Baht (including VAT).
