โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อโลหะดามกระดูกสันหลังและวัสดุเสริมความแข็งแรงทดแทนปล้องกระดูก จำนวน 19 รายการ เพื่อใช้ในการผ่าตัดยึดตรึงกระดูกสันหลังส่วนอก เอว และคอ ในผู้ป่วยที่มีกระดูกสันหลังผิดรูป โก่ง เสื่อม หัก หรือพรุน วัสดุที่ใช้ผลิตต้องเป็นไทเทเนียมอัลลอยด์ และสามารถนึ่งฆ่าเชื้อโรคได้โดยไม่เสียคุณสมบัติ โลหะดามกระดูกสันหลังมีทั้งส่วนอก/เอว และส่วนคอ ทั้งด้านหน้าและด้านหลัง โดยมีหลายระดับ (level) ขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนข้อกระดูกที่ต้องการยึดตรึง นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการจัดซื้อวัสดุเสริมความแข็งแรงทดแทนปล้องกระดูกสันหลังส่วนคอ/อก/เอว (PEEK Intervertebral) เพื่อเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงให้แก่กระดูกสันหลังหลังการผ่าตัด โครงการนี้มีความสำคัญในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการรักษาผู้ป่วยโรคกระดูกสันหลัง และเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ประกอบการที่มีผลิตภัณฑ์คุณภาพสูงได้เข้าร่วมการเสนอราคา

This project involves the procurement of 19 items of spinal fixation implants and bone graft substitutes for use in surgical fixation of the thoracic, lumbar, and cervical spine in patients with spinal deformities, scoliosis, degeneration, fractures, or osteoporosis. The materials used must be titanium alloy and sterilizable by autoclaving without loss of properties. Spinal fixation implants include thoracolumbar and cervical sections, both anterior and posterior, with multiple levels depending on the number of vertebrae to be fused. In addition, the project includes the purchase of cervical/thoracic/lumbar bone graft substitutes (PEEK Intervertebral) to enhance spinal stability after surgery. This project is crucial for improving the quality of care for patients with spinal disorders and provides an opportunity for suppliers with high-quality products to participate in the bidding process.
