โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อวัสดุทางการแพทย์ประเภทชุดผ่าตัดเปลี่ยนข้อเข่าเทียมชนิด Total Knee Replacement Cemented Type ที่ใช้ในโรงพยาบาลกลาง กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้การรักษาผู้ป่วยเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ วัสดุที่จัดซื้อประกอบด้วยส่วนประกอบหลัก 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ Femoral Component ที่ทำจาก Cobalt Chromium Molybdenum Alloy, Tibial Tray Component ที่มี Stem หรือ Keel เพื่อเพิ่มความมั่นคง, Tibial Insert ที่มี Double radius และ Patella Component ที่ทำจาก UHMWPE วัสดุทุกชิ้นต้องเป็นของใหม่ ไม่เคยใช้งาน และผ่านการฆ่าเชื้อ รวมถึงต้องได้มาตรฐาน USFDA, CE และ ISO เพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยในการใช้งาน นอกจากนี้ ยังกำหนดคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคเฉพาะสำหรับแต่ละส่วนประกอบเพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับการใช้งานทางศัลยกรรม
This project involves the procurement of Total Knee Replacement Cemented Type surgical kits for medical use at Klang Hospital in Bangkok. The objective is to enhance patient treatment efficiency. The procured materials consist of four main components: Femoral Component made of Cobalt Chromium Molybdenum Alloy, Tibial Tray Component with Stem or Keel for increased stability, Tibial Insert with Double radius, and Patella Component made of UHMWPE. All materials must be new, sterile, and compliant with USFDA, CE, and ISO standards to ensure quality and safety. Specific technical specifications are defined for each component to ensure suitability for surgical use.
