โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงระบบระบายน้ำและขยายถนนสายหลักในพื้นที่บ้านกลาง หมู่ที่ 9 ตำบลเชียงม่วน อำเภอเชียงม่วน จังหวัดพะเยา ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการวางท่อระบายน้ำ คสล. ขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 0.30 เมตร ความยาวรวม 100 เมตร จำนวน 308 ท่อน พร้อมทั้งติดตั้งบ่อพักน้ำขนาด 0.20x0.20x0.90 เมตร จำนวน 18 บ่อ นอกจากนี้ จะมีการเทคอนกรีตเพื่อขยายถนน กว้าง 1.00 เมตร ยาว 320.6 เมตร หนา 0.15 เมตร คิดเป็นพื้นที่เทคอนกรีตไม่น้อยกว่า 311.78 ตารางเมตร ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องใช้คอนกรีตผสมเสร็จที่มีกำลังอัดไม่น้อยกว่า 240 ksc และปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดและมาตรฐานที่ระบุใน TOR อย่างเคร่งครัด รวมถึงการติดตั้งป้ายโครงการชั่วคราวและถาวรตามรูปแบบที่กำหนด

This project aims to improve the drainage system and expand the main road in Ban Klang, Chiang Muan Sub-district, Chiang Muan District, Phayao Province. The scope of work includes installing 308 reinforced concrete drainage pipes with a diameter of 0.30 meters and a total length of 100 meters, constructing 18 water retention wells with dimensions of 0.20x0.20x0.90 meters, and pouring concrete to expand the road with a width of 1.00 meter, a length of 320.6 meters, and a thickness of 0.15 meters, resulting in a concrete area of at least 311.78 square meters. The contractor must use ready-mixed concrete with a compressive strength of at least 240 ksc and strictly adhere to the requirements and standards specified in the TOR, including the installation of temporary and permanent project signs according to the specified formats.
