โครงการประกวดราคาซื้อวัสดุจักษุ จำนวน ๑ รายการ (เลนส์แก้วตาเทียม ชนิดนิ่ม single piece พับได้) ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) ของโรงพยาบาลเพชรบูรณ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาเลนส์แก้วตาเทียมจำนวน 1,500 กล่อง สำหรับใช้ในการรักษาผู้ป่วยต้อกระจกที่มารับบริการ ณ งานห้องผ่าตัดตาของโรงพยาบาล งบประมาณโครงการมาจากเงินบำรุงโรงพยาบาลเพชรบูรณ์ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 25648 จำนวน 3,600,000 บาท ขอบเขตงานคือการจัดหาและส่งมอบเลนส์แก้วตาเทียมตามคุณลักษณะที่กำหนด โดยผู้ขายต้องรับประกันคุณภาพและความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลา 1 ปี การพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ชนะจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ด้านราคา และผู้ขายต้องส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 30 วันหลังได้รับใบสั่งซื้อในแต่ละคราว การส่งมอบทั้งหมดต้องแล้วเสร็จภายในวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2568
