โครงการนี้เป็นการจ้างเหมารักษาความปลอดภัย (TOR) สำหรับคณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล โดยแบ่งพื้นที่รับผิดชอบออกเป็น 4 กลุ่มงาน ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ภายในโรงพยาบาล, พิพิธภัณฑ์ศิริราชพิมุขสถาน, สถานการแพทย์แผนไทยประยุกต์, หอพัก, ศูนย์ฝึกอบรม, และพื้นที่อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง วัตถุประสงค์หลักของโครงการคือ เพื่อให้ทุกพื้นที่ได้รับความปลอดภัยทั้งชีวิตและทรัพย์สิน, อำนวยความสะดวกด้านการจราจรทั้งภายในและภายนอก, และให้บริการที่เป็นเลิศสอดคล้องกับนโยบายของคณะฯ ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด, ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย, ไม่อยู่ระหว่างเลิกกิจการ, และไม่มีประวัติการถูกระงับการยื่นข้อเสนอหรือถูกขึ้นบัญชีดำจากหน่วยงานราชการ นอกจากนี้ ผู้เสนอราคายังต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและข้อตกลงการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (Data Processing Agreement) ที่คณะฯ กำหนด

This project is a Terms of Reference (TOR) for the security guard service for the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, dividing the responsibility area into 4 groups, covering areas within the hospital, Siriraj Piyamuksthan Museum, Applied Thai Traditional Medical Institute, dormitories, training centers, and other related areas. The main objectives of the project are to ensure the safety of life and property in all areas, facilitate traffic both inside and outside, and provide excellent service in accordance with the Faculty’s policy. Bidders must meet the requirements of the law, not be bankrupt, not be in the process of ceasing business, and have no record of being suspended from submitting proposals or being blacklisted by government agencies. In addition, bidders must comply with personal data protection and data processing agreement (Data Processing Agreement) requirements as specified by the Faculty.
