โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อเครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์ปริมาณธาตุโดยเทคนิคอินดัคทีฟลีคัปเปิลพลาสมาแมสสเปกโทรมิเตอร์ (ICP-MS) พร้อมอุปกรณ์ประกอบ เพื่อสนับสนุนงานวิจัยด้านผลกระทบของโลหะหนักต่อระบบนิเวศทางทะเลอันเนื่องมาจากการรื้อถอนท่อลำเลียงปิโตรเลียมใต้ทะเล เครื่อง ICP-MS นี้จะถูกนำมาใช้ในการวิเคราะห์หาชนิดและปริมาณของธาตุต่างๆ ที่มีความเข้มข้นต่ำมาก (trace level) ในตัวอย่างสถานะของเหลว ตั้งแต่ระดับ ppt ถึง ppm ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการติดตั้ง การทดสอบ และการฝึกอบรมการใช้งานเครื่องมือให้แก่บุคลากรของศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศด้านการจัดการสารและของเสียอันตราย (ศสอ.) จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย
ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดจำหน่ายและให้บริการเครื่อง ICP-MS และมีเอกสารรับรองการเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายจากบริษัทผู้ผลิต ระยะเวลาในการส่งมอบพัสดุคือ 180 วันหลังลงนามในสัญญา ผู้ขายต้องรับประกันคุณภาพเครื่องมือเป็นเวลา 3 ปี และให้บริการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) ปีละ 2 ครั้ง ตลอดระยะเวลาการรับประกัน
This project aims to procure an Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer (ICP-MS) with accessories to support research on the impact of heavy metals on marine ecosystems resulting from the decommissioning of subsea pipelines. The ICP-MS will be used to analyze the types and quantities of trace elements in liquid samples, ranging from ppt to ppm levels. The scope of work includes installation, testing, and training for personnel at the Center of Excellence on Hazardous Substance Management (HSM), Chulalongkorn University.
Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, have experience in distributing and servicing ICP-MS instruments, and possess a certificate of dealership from the manufacturer. The delivery period is 180 days after signing the contract. The seller must guarantee the quality of the equipment for 3 years and provide preventive maintenance twice a year throughout the warranty period.
