โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาเพื่อจัดซื้อและติดตั้งระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าจากแสงอาทิตย์บนหลังคา (Solar Rooftop) ขนาดไม่ต่ำกว่า 65 กิโลวัตต์ ให้กับโรงพยาบาลฆ้องชัย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อลดค่าใช้จ่ายด้านสาธารณูปโภคของโรงพยาบาล และลดการปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย, มีฐานะทางการเงินมั่นคง, และมีประสบการณ์ในการติดตั้งระบบ Solar Rooftop การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด ผู้ชนะการประกวดราคาจะต้องติดตั้งระบบให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 120 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลา 2 ปี โครงการนี้แบ่งการจ่ายเงินออกเป็น 3 งวด ตามความคืบหน้าของงาน ผู้ที่สนใจจะต้องยื่นข้อเสนอผ่านระบบ e-bidding โดยมีงบประมาณโครงการอยู่ที่ 1,950,000.00 บาท

This project is a bidding process for the purchase and installation of a rooftop solar power generation system (Solar Rooftop) with a capacity of no less than 65 kilowatts for Khong Chai Hospital. The main objectives are to reduce the hospital’s utility costs and reduce carbon dioxide emissions. Bidders must be legal entities with financial stability and experience in installing Solar Rooftop systems. The selection will be based on the lowest price criterion. The winning bidder must complete the installation within 120 days from the contract signing date and provide a 2-year warranty for defects. The project is divided into 3 payment installments according to the progress of work. Interested parties must submit proposals through the e-bidding system. The project budget is 1,950,000.00 baht.
