โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนาและยกระดับการสื่อสารและบริการของสำนักงานประกันสังคมผ่านทาง Line Official Account (Line OA) ซึ่งเป็นช่องทางหลักในการสื่อสารกับผู้ประกันตนและประชาชนทั่วไป โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมถึงการพัฒนาระบบตรวจสอบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล, การยกระดับการประชาสัมพันธ์และให้บริการข้อมูลที่ทันสมัย, และการสร้างสรรค์กิจกรรมทาง Social Media เพื่อเพิ่มการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ประกันตน ผู้ชนะการประมูลจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการจัดทำแผนการดำเนินงาน, เชื่อมโยงข้อมูลกับระบบฐานข้อมูลของสำนักงานประกันสังคม, เปิดสิทธิ์การใช้งาน Line OA, ออกแบบ Rich Menu และ Line Sticker, ส่งข้อความรายบุคคล, จัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่าน Google Ads, Line Ads Platform, TikTok, และจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการตลาด รวมถึงการจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานจ้างเป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี

This project aims to develop the communication and services of the Social Security Office via its Line Official Account (Line OA). The project encompasses the development of a personal information verification system, the enhancement of public relations and the provision of updated information, and the creation of social media activities to increase the participation of insured persons. The winning bidder will be responsible for preparing an operational plan, linking data with the Social Security Office’s database, enabling Line OA usage, designing Rich Menus and Line Stickers, sending individual messages, creating PR media through Google Ads, Line Ads Platform, TikTok, and organizing marketing activities, including preparing ongoing progress reports. In addition, the contractor must guarantee the defects of the work for a period of 1 year.
