โครงการจัดซื้อรถโดยสารขนาด 12 ที่นั่ง (ดีเซล) ของกรมชลประทานนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหารถตู้โดยสารสำหรับใช้งานในราชการ โดยรถยนต์จะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด เช่น เครื่องยนต์ดีเซลขนาดไม่ต่ำกว่า 2,400 ซีซี หรือกำลังสูงสุดไม่ต่ำกว่า 90 กิโลวัตต์, มีระบบเบรก ABS, ถุงลมนิรภัย, และอุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งจากผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายในประเทศไทย และต้องมีศูนย์บริการที่ได้มาตรฐานครอบคลุมทุกภาคของประเทศไทย นอกจากนี้ ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการจดทะเบียนรถ, ทำประกันภัยภาคบังคับ (พ.ร.บ.), และส่งมอบรถให้กับกรมฯ ตามพื้นที่ที่กำหนด รวมถึงจัดฝึกอบรมการใช้งานและบำรุงรักษารถให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ของกรมฯ ด้วย

This project by the Royal Irrigation Department aims to procure 12-seater passenger vans (diesel) for official use. The vehicles must meet specified standards, including a diesel engine with a capacity of no less than 2,400 cc or a maximum power of no less than 90 kW, ABS braking system, airbags, and complete amenities. Bidders must be authorized dealers appointed by the manufacturer or distributor in Thailand and must have standardized service centers covering all regions of Thailand. In addition, bidders must be responsible for vehicle registration, compulsory insurance (CTPL), and delivery of the vehicles to the department in the designated areas, including providing training on the use and maintenance of the vehicles to the department’s personnel.
