โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาจ้างงานปรับปรุงพื้นที่ทำงานของฝ่ายจัดการทรัพย์สินและรักษาความปลอดภัย (ฝทภ.) บนอาคาร 2 ชั้น 4 ของการไฟฟ้านครหลวง (กฟน.) เขตวัดเลียบ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงพื้นที่ให้มีความทันสมัยและถูกสุขลักษณะ ภายใใต้งบประมาณ 4,301,400.00 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการรื้อถอนสิ่งของเดิม การปรับปรุงงานสถาปัตยกรรม เช่น พื้น ผนัง ฝ้าเพดาน ประตู หน้าต่าง รวมถึงการติดตั้งเฟอร์นิเจอร์ ป้ายโลโก้ ระบบไฟฟ้าและสื่อสาร ระบบปรับอากาศและระบายอากาศ ตลอดจนการจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์เพิ่มเติม ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามมาตรฐานฝีมือช่าง และข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยอย่างเคร่งครัด โดยมีระยะเวลาการดำเนินงาน 180 วัน การไฟฟ้านครหลวงจะจ่ายเงินค่าจ้างเป็น 4 งวดตามความคืบหน้าของงาน

This project is a bidding process for the renovation of the workspace of the Asset Management and Security Department (ฝทภ.) on the 4th floor of Building 2 of the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA), Wat Liap District. The main objective is to modernize and sanitize the area, with a budget of 4,301,400.00 Baht (including VAT). The scope of work includes demolition of existing structures, architectural renovations such as floors, walls, ceilings, doors, and windows, as well as installation of furniture, logos, electrical and communication systems, air conditioning and ventilation systems, and procurement of additional equipment. The contractor must adhere to craftsmanship standards and safety regulations strictly, with a project duration of 180 days. The Metropolitan Electricity Authority will pay the contractor in 4 installments based on the progress of the work.
