โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์ไฟฟ้าและวิทยุเพื่อติดตั้งระบบเครื่องกระจายเสียงอัตโนมัติแบบไร้สายในหมู่ที่ 1-10 ตำบลนครสวรรค์ตก โดยใช้งบประมาณ 2,500,000 บาท ผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมการเสนอราคาต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนดและไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามที่ระบุใน TOR ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP และมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด เช่น มีมูลค่าสุทธิเป็นบวกติดต่อกัน 1 ปี หรือมีทุนจดทะเบียนไม่ต่ำกว่า 1 ล้านบาท หรือมีเงินฝากในบัญชีธนาคาร 1 ใน 4 ของงบประมาณที่เสนอราคา และสามารถขอวงเงินสินเชื่อเพื่อสนับสนุนได้ การส่งมอบพัสดุต้องแล้วเสร็จภายใน 30 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การจ่ายเงินเป็นไปตามงวดงานเมื่อส่งมอบครบถ้วนและตรวจรับเรียบร้อย การพิจารณาผู้ชนะใช้วิธีเกณฑ์ราคา มีค่าปรับ 0.20% ต่อวัน และมีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลา 1 ปี
