โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อยา Magnesium Oxide 140mg Capsule จำนวน 915 กล่อง (กล่องละ 500 เม็ด) เพื่อสำรองคลังยาของโรงพยาบาลเชียงคำ และให้บริการแก่ผู้ป่วยอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) ของกรมบัญชีกลาง พัสดุที่ส่งมอบต้องเป็นของแท้ ของใหม่ ไม่เคยใช้งาน และมีคุณภาพตามที่กำหนด ผู้ขายจะต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของยาเป็นเวลา 12 เดือน กำหนดส่งมอบยาภายใน 30 วัน ณ คลังเวชภัณฑ์ โรงพยาบาลเชียงคำ จังหวัดพะเยา การพิจารณาข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาเป็นหลัก โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณในการจัดหา 734,287.50 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว)

This project aims to procure 915 boxes of Magnesium Oxide 140mg Capsules (500 capsules per box) for the drug storage of Chiang Kham Hospital and to provide continuous service to patients. Bidders must meet specified qualifications, such as legal capacity, not being bankrupt, and registration in the government’s electronic procurement system (e-GP) of the Comptroller General’s Department. Delivered items must be genuine, new, unused, and of specified quality. The seller must guarantee defects in the medication for 12 months. The delivery period is within 30 days at the Chiang Kham Hospital’s medical supply warehouse, Phayao Province. Price will be the primary criterion for proposal consideration. The budget for this procurement is 734,287.50 Baht (including VAT).
