โครงการนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกิจกรรมอำนวยความปลอดภัยทางถนน ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568 โดยกรมทางหลวง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อป้องกันและแก้ไขอุบัติเหตุทางถนนบนทางหลวงหมายเลข 1 ตอนต่างระดับบางปะอิน - หนองแค เนื่องจากเป็นเส้นทางหลักสู่ภาคอีสานที่มีปริมาณการจราจรหนาแน่น การดำเนินงานจะติดตั้งเสาไฟ High Mast จำนวน 7 ต้น พร้อมระบบไฟฟ้า เพื่อเพิ่มทัศนวิสัยและความปลอดภัยแก่ผู้ใช้ทาง โครงการมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 120 วัน การคัดเลือกผู้รับเหมาจะใช้วิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยพิจารณาจากเกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด ผู้รับเหมาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด รวมถึงมีโรงงานผสมแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีต และใช้พัสดุที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60

This project is part of the Road Safety Improvement Activities for the fiscal year 2025 by the Department of Highways. The objective is to prevent and mitigate road accidents on Highway No. 1, section Bang Pa-in Interchange - Nong Khae, which is a major route to the Northeast region with heavy traffic volume. The project involves installing 7 High Mast lighting poles with electrical systems to improve visibility and safety for road users. The project duration is 120 days. Contractor selection will be through electronic bidding (e-bidding), considering the lowest price. Bidders must meet specified qualifications, including having an asphalt concrete mixing plant, and use domestically produced materials for no less than 60% of the total material value.
