โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปลี่ยนตู้ริงเมนยูนิต (RMU) จำนวน 4 ตู้ ในพื้นที่ต่างๆ ของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ได้แก่ สโมสรอาจารย์, อาคารวิชาชีพครูอาเซียน, อาคารพิพิธภัณฑ์ธรรมชาติวิทยา และคุ้มสีฐาน โดยขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาและติดตั้งตู้ RMU รุ่น RM6 type ที่สามารถใช้งานร่วมกับอุปกรณ์เดิมได้ การทดสอบการทำงานของ protection relay ตามมาตรฐานผู้ผลิต การปรับปรุงระบบระบายอากาศของตู้ RMU โดยติดตั้งพัดลมระบายอากาศและตู้ควบคุมอัตโนมัติ การเปลี่ยนชุดควบคุมความชื้นและอุปกรณ์ภายในตู้ RMU การทาสีรั้ว RMU และตัดหญ้าทำความสะอาดบริเวณโดยรอบ การปรับปรุงระบบ Grounding ด้าน HV+LV ของระบบไฟฟ้า และการแก้ไขความชื้นโดยอุดรูท่อ HDPE เดิมใต้ตู้ RMU รวมถึงการรื้อถอนตู้ RMU เดิมที่ชำรุดและส่งคืนหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดทำรายงานการติดตั้งและรายงานผลการทดสอบพร้อมรับรองโดยวิศวกรไฟฟ้า

This project aims to replace 4 Ring Main Units (RMU) in various locations of Khon Kaen University: the Faculty Club, the ASEAN Teachers’ Professional Building, the Natural History Museum Building, and Khum Si Than. The scope of work includes the procurement and installation of RMU model RM6 type compatible with existing equipment, testing the protection relay operation according to manufacturer standards, upgrading the RMU ventilation system by installing ventilation fans and automatic control cabinets, replacing the humidity control unit and equipment inside the RMU, painting the RMU fence and cleaning the surrounding area, upgrading the HV+LV grounding system, and fixing moisture by sealing the original HDPE pipes under the RMU, as well as removing the damaged original RMU and returning it to the relevant department. The contractor must prepare an installation report and a test result report certified by an electrical engineer.
