โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างถนนลาดยางแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีตพร้อมวางท่อ ค.ส.ล. และบ่อพัก จำนวน 1 จุด จากคุ้มดอยเงิน หมู่ที่ 18 ถึงประปาหมู่ที่ 6 ในตำบลบ้านดู่ อำเภอเมืองเชียงราย จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้การก่อสร้างเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานงานก่อสร้างและมีคุณภาพที่ดี ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างถนนลาดยางแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีตใน 3 ช่วง โดยมีขนาดและพื้นที่รวมตามที่ระบุไว้ใน TOR และการวางท่อ ค.ส.ล. ขนาด Ø 0.40 ม. จำนวน 6 เมตร พร้อมบ่อพัก 1 บ่อ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตรวจสอบสถานที่และสำรวจบริเวณที่จะทำการก่อสร้าง รวมถึงจัดทำแผนการปฏิบัติงานและส่งให้ผู้ว่าจ้างอนุมัติ ภายใน 15 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบด้านความปลอดภัยและจัดให้มีการประกันภัยในระหว่างการก่อสร้าง โดยจะต้องปฏิบัติตามประกาศกระทรวงมหาดไทยเรื่องความปลอดภัยในการทำงานก่อสร้างอย่างเคร่งครัด
This project aims to construct an asphalt concrete road with concrete culvert installation and 1 manhole from Khum Doi Ngoen, Village No. 18 to Waterworks, Village No. 6 in Ban Du Subdistrict, Mueang Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai Province. The objective is to ensure that the construction meets standards, is of high quality, and can be used efficiently. The scope of work includes the construction of asphalt concrete road in 3 sections, with the dimensions and total area specified in the TOR, and the installation of 6 meters of Ø 0.40 m concrete culverts with 1 manhole. The contractor must inspect the site and survey the construction area, as well as prepare a work plan and submit it to the employer for approval within 15 days from the date of signing the contract. In addition, the contractor is responsible for safety and must provide insurance during construction, strictly complying with the Ministry of Interior’s announcement on construction work safety.
