โครงการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพและส่งเสริมผู้ประกอบการไทยสู่ความยั่งยืน ปี ๒๕๖๘ (Carbon Neutrality 2025: Carbon Footprint Focus) มีเป้าหมายหลักเพื่อพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการไทย โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มสินค้าอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม ให้มีความสามารถในการดำเนินธุรกิจภายใต้แนวคิด Carbon Neutrality และสามารถแข่งขันในตลาดโลกได้อย่างยั่งยืน โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นการสร้าง Carbon Neutrality Leaders (CNLs) หรือกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการที่เป็นต้นแบบในการทำธุรกิจคาร์บอนต่ำ เพื่อเป็นแรงบันดาลใจและแนวทางให้ผู้ประกอบการรุ่นใหม่ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการวางแผนและบริหารจัดการโครงการทั้งหมด รวมถึงการจัดกิจกรรมสัมมนาเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้และฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Workshop) ด้านการดำเนินธุรกิจเพื่อความยั่งยืน การตลาด และ Carbon Footprint การให้คำปรึกษาเชิงลึกด้าน Carbon Footprint การจัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ และการสร้างเครือข่ายผู้ประกอบการ นอกจากนี้ ยังต้องมีการจัดทำแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ สรุปผลการดำเนินงาน และจัดทำคู่มือและ E-catalogue สำหรับผู้ประกอบการ

The project aims to enhance the capabilities of Thai entrepreneurs, particularly in the food and beverage sector, to conduct business under the Carbon Neutrality concept and compete sustainably in the global market. The project focuses on creating Carbon Neutrality Leaders (CNLs) to serve as role models for low-carbon business practices, inspiring new entrepreneurs. The contractor is responsible for planning and managing the entire project, including organizing seminars, workshops, in-depth consultations on Carbon Footprint, creating promotional materials, and building an entrepreneur network. Additionally, they must conduct satisfaction surveys, summarize performance, and prepare manuals and an E-catalogue for entrepreneurs.
