โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งริมแม่น้ำปราจีนบุรี ในพื้นที่หมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลศรีมหาโพธิ และหมู่ที่ 2 ตำบลบางกุ้ง อำเภอศรีมหาโพธิ จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี มีความยาวรวม 220 เมตร โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อป้องกันการกัดเซาะตลิ่งริมแม่น้ำ ซึ่งเป็นปัญหาที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อพื้นที่อยู่อาศัยและพื้นที่การเกษตรของประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าว

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างเขื่อนโดยใช้กล่องลวดตาข่าย (Gabion) ภายในบรรจุหินใหญ่และแทรกด้วยหินเล็ก, การถมดินปรับระดับ, การติดตั้งเสาเข็มเพื่อเสริมความแข็งแรงของโครงสร้าง, การวางระบบระบายน้ำ, และการก่อสร้างราวกันตกเพื่อความปลอดภัย การออกแบบยังคำนึงถึงการระบายน้ำจากหลังเขื่อนออกสู่หน้าเขื่อน และรายละเอียดโครงสร้างที่แข็งแรงเพื่อรองรับแรงดันของดินและน้ำ

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าวัสดุทั้งหมด และเหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ใช้ทั้งหมด

This project involves the construction of a riverbank protection structure along the Prachinburi River in Moo 1, Sri Maha Pho subdistrict, and Moo 2, Bang Kung subdistrict, Sri Maha Pho district, Prachinburi province, with a total length of 220 meters. The project aims to prevent riverbank erosion, a problem affecting residential and agricultural areas.

The scope of work includes constructing the protection structure using gabions filled with large rocks and smaller stones, land filling and leveling, installing piles to reinforce the structure, installing a drainage system, and constructing guardrails for safety. The design also considers drainage from behind the structure to the front and robust structural details to withstand soil and water pressure.

The contractor must use domestically produced materials for at least 60% of the total material value and domestically produced steel for at least 90% of the total steel volume used.
