ประกาศเชิญชวนผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมเสนอราคาสำหรับการจัดซื้อยางนอกพร้อมจุ๊ปเลส ขนาด 205/70R15 ดอกละเอียด จำนวน 100 เส้น เพื่อใช้ประกอบกับรถยนต์ของทางราชการ โดยยางที่เสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดในคุณลักษณะเฉพาะพัสดุสายขนส่ง ที่ ขส.ทอ.(ย) ๑๐๒/๖๗ เช่น เป็นยาง Tubeless โครงสร้าง Radial และดอกละเอียด ผู้เสนอราคาต้องเสนอราคาต่อหน่วย ราคารวมแต่ละรายการ และราคารวมทั้งสิ้น ผ่านระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) พร้อมแนบแคตตาล็อก รูปแบบรายละเอียด และเอกสารยืนยันว่าเป็นสินค้าที่ผลิตในประเทศไทย รวมถึงเอกสารรับรองมาตรฐาน มอก. หรือ ISO 9001:2015 ของโรงงานผลิต นอกจากนี้ ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีหนังสือรับรองการเป็นโรงงานผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับแต่งตั้ง และยินยอมให้หักค่าธรรมเนียมการโอนเงินจากธนาคารหากได้รับการคัดเลือก

Invitation to bid for the procurement of 100 units of tubeless tires, size 205/70R15 with rib pattern, for use in government vehicles. The offered tires must meet the specifications outlined in the Department of Transportation’s (Air Force) document no. 102/67, including being tubeless, radial construction, and having a rib pattern. Bidders must submit unit price, total item price, and total bid price through the government’s e-bidding system, along with catalogs, detailed specifications, and confirmation that the product is manufactured in Thailand. A certificate of compliance with TISI standards or ISO 9001:2015 for the manufacturing plant is also required. Bidders must have a manufacturer’s certificate or be an authorized dealer and agree to have bank transfer fees deducted if selected.
