โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อหุ่นจำลองสำหรับฝึกการตรวจร่างกาย จำนวน 1 ตัว เพื่อใช้ในการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาสุขาภิบาลและอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมของหลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ วิทยาลัยสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา วิทยาเขตสมุทรสงคราม โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อผลิตบัณฑิตที่มีความรู้ความสามารถตามกรอบวิชาชีพการสาธารณสุขชุมชน และเพื่อใช้ในการวิจัยทางด้านสุขาภิบาลและอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาในชุมชน หุ่นจำลองต้องเป็นเพศหญิงเต็มตัว สูงประมาณ 160 เซนติเมตร น้ำหนักประมาณ 15 กิโลกรัม ทำจากวัสดุอย่างดี สามารถตรวจสอบอัตราการหายใจ ชีพจร การสะท้อนกลับของรูม่านตา วัดออกซิเจนในเลือด ตรวจคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจ ฟังเสียงลมหายใจและเสียงหัวใจ วัดความดันโลหิตได้ โดยมีอุปกรณ์ประกอบครบชุด เช่น Tablet PC, กล่องควบคุม, จอภาพข้างเตียง, หูฟัง, เครื่องวัดความดันโลหิต, อิเล็กโทรด, ไฟฉาย, เครื่องวัดออกซิเจนในเลือด, ชุดนอน และแป้งเด็ก ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีหนังสือรับรองการเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายโดยตรงจากบริษัทผู้ผลิตเพื่อบริการหลังการขาย และรับประกันคุณภาพ 1 ปี กำหนดส่งมอบภายใน 120 วัน ราคากลาง 999,000 บาท
