โครงการนี้จัดทำขึ้นโดยเทศบาลตำบลหินกองเพื่อจัดซื้อรถตักหน้าขุดหลังชนิดขับเคลื่อน 4 ล้อ จำนวน 1 คัน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานราชการ, ปรับปรุง, ซ่อมแซม, และก่อสร้างพื้นฐาน, รวมทั้งแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนของประชาชนในพื้นที่ โครงการนี้ได้รับอนุมัติงบประมาณ 3,520,000 บาท ตามบัญชีราคามาตรฐานครุภัณฑ์ ธันวาคม 2566 ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีอาชีพขายพัสดุที่ประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง รถตักหน้าขุดหลังที่ต้องการต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามมาตรฐานครุภัณฑ์ที่สำนักงบประมาณกำหนด เช่น เป็นเครื่องยนต์ดีเซล 4 จังหวะ มีความจุไม่น้อยกว่า 4,000 ซีซี มีกำลังไม่น้อยกว่า 90 แรงม้า และมีน้ำหนักใช้งานไม่น้อยกว่า 6,500 กิโลกรัม

This project, initiated by the Hinkong Sub-district Municipality, aims to procure one 4-wheel drive backhoe loader. The main objectives are to support official operations, improve and repair infrastructure, and address public needs within the area. The approved budget is 3,520,000 baht, according to the December 2023 standard equipment price list. Bidders must be juristic persons with the profession of selling materials through e-bidding and must register with the e-GP system of the Comptroller General’s Department. The backhoe loader must meet equipment standards set by the Budget Bureau, such as having a 4-stroke diesel engine with a displacement of no less than 4,000 cc, a power output of no less than 90 horsepower, and an operating weight of no less than 6,500 kg.
