เทศบาลตำบลขุนยวมมีความประสงค์จัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์รถบรรทุกขยะ ขนาด 5 ตัน 6 ล้อ แบบอัดท้าย จำนวน 1 คัน เพื่อทดแทนรถบรรทุกขยะคันเก่าที่ชำรุด โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อใช้ในการเก็บขนขยะเข้าสู่ระบบการจัดการตามหลักสุขาภิบาล คุณสมบัติรถบรรทุกขยะต้องมีขนาดความจุของตู้ไม่น้อยกว่า 10 ลูกบาศก์เมตร และสามารถรับน้ำหนักมูลฝอยได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 5,000 กิโลกรัม เครื่องยนต์ดีเซลขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 6,000 ซีซี หรือกำลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่ต่ำกว่า 170 กิโลวัตต์ และเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน มอก. หรือ EURO 5 ผู้เสนอราคาต้องเป็นบุคคลธรรมดาหรือนิติบุคคลที่มีอาชีพขายพัสดุ มีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่ TOR กำหนด และต้องมีหลักฐานการเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายหรือผู้ผลิตรถยนต์มาแสดงในวันยื่นซองเสนอราคา การส่งมอบงานต้องดำเนินการภายใน 120 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับอนุมัติสั่งซื้อ/สั่งจ้าง การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้วิธีการประเมินราคาต่ำสุด โดยมีงบประมาณ 2,500,000 บาท และมีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลา 1 ปี

Khun Yuam Municipality intends to procure a 5-ton, 6-wheel rear-loading garbage truck (1 unit) to replace an old, damaged truck, with the objective of collecting waste and managing it according to sanitation principles. The truck must have a container capacity of no less than 10 cubic meters and a waste-carrying capacity of no less than 5,000 kilograms. The diesel engine must have a capacity of no less than 6,000 cc or a maximum engine power of no less than 170 kilowatts and meet the relevant TISI or EURO 5 standards. Bidders must be natural persons or legal entities that sell the required goods and meet all qualifications specified in the TOR and must provide proof of dealership or manufacturer status on the bid submission date. Delivery must be completed within 120 days from the date of purchase/contract approval. Selection will be based on the lowest price, with a budget of 2,500,000 baht, and a warranty against defects for 1 year.
