โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์วิทยาศาสตร์หรือการแพทย์ ได้แก่ เครื่องเติมอากาศพร้อมอุปกรณ์ ขนาด 50 ลูกบาศก์เมตร/นาที จำนวน 1 เครื่อง เพื่อใช้ในงานบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมของฝ่ายจัดการคุณภาพน้ำ ส่วนช่างสุขาภิบาล สำนักช่าง เทศบาลนครนครราชสีมา ซึ่งมีความจำเป็นในการปฏิบัติงานตามอำนาจหน้าที่และให้บริการประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลนครนครราชสีมา โดยมีงบประมาณ 2,461,000.00 บาท

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การจัดหาและส่งมอบเครื่องเติมอากาศพร้อมอุปกรณ์ตามคุณลักษณะเฉพาะที่กำหนด ระยะเวลาในการส่งมอบพัสดุคือ 90 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาจะต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของสิ่งของที่ซื้อเป็นเวลา 1 ปี

เทศบาลนครนครราชสีมาจะจ่ายค่าสิ่งของเมื่อผู้ขายได้ส่งมอบสิ่งของครบถ้วนตามสัญญาและเทศบาลฯ ได้ตรวจรับมอบสิ่งของไว้เรียบร้อยแล้ว การพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ชนะการยื่นข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา

This project aims to procure scientific or medical equipment, specifically an aerator with equipment, size 50 cubic meters/minute, quantity 1 unit, for the maintenance and repair work of the Water Quality Management Division, Sanitary Engineering Section, Engineering Department, Nakhon Ratchasima Municipality. The objective is to enhance operational efficiency and better serve the residents of Nakhon Ratchasima Municipality. The budget is 2,461,000.00 Baht.

The scope of work includes the procurement and delivery of the aerator and related equipment according to the specified characteristics. The delivery timeframe is 90 days from the date of contract signing. The successful bidder must guarantee the purchased items against defects for a period of 1 year.

Nakhon Ratchasima Municipality will make payment upon the seller’s complete delivery of the items as per the contract and the Municipality’s successful inspection and acceptance of the items. The selection of the winning bidder will be based on price.
