ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการจัดหายางนอกและยางในที่เข้ากันได้ รวมถึงยางรองขอบกระทะ โดยยางที่เสนอจะต้องเป็นสินค้าที่ผลิตในประเทศไทย และมีหนังสือรับรองจากโรงงานผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่าย ผู้เสนอราคาต้องแนบแคตตาล็อก, เอกสารยืนยันโรงงานผลิต, เอกสารรับรองมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรม (มอก.) หรือ ISO 9001:2015 และเอกสารส่วนตัวต่างๆ ในวันยื่นข้อเสนอ

การพิจารณาจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด และผู้เสนอราคาต้องเสนอราคาต่อหน่วย ราคารวมแต่ละรายการ และราคารวมทั้งสิ้น โดยจะต้องเสนอราคาครบทุกรายการ การจ่ายเงินจะโอนเข้าบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคารของเจ้าหนี้โดยตรง

The scope of work includes the supply of compatible inner and outer tires, as well as rim protectors. The offered tires must be manufactured in Thailand and have certification from the manufacturer or authorized dealer. Bidders must submit catalogs, manufacturer confirmation documents, Thai Industrial Standards (TISI) or ISO 9001:2015 certification, and personal documents on the day of submission.

The lowest price will be the selection criteria, and bidders must provide unit prices, total item prices, and a total price, ensuring all items are priced. Payment will be made directly to the creditor’s bank account.
