โครงการจ้างเหมาบริการบำบัดทดแทนไตด้วยเครื่องไตเทียมของโรงพยาบาลนางรอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยไตวายเรื้อรังระยะสุดท้ายในพื้นที่ 7 อำเภอของโรงพยาบาลนางรอง สามารถเข้าถึงบริการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียมได้อย่างทั่วถึงและไม่มีคิวรอ ลดระยะเวลาการรอคอย และลดภาระค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทางของผู้ป่วย ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมถึงการจัดหาและติดตั้งเครื่องไตเทียมไม่น้อยกว่า 20 เครื่อง พร้อมระบบผลิตน้ำบริสุทธิ์ที่ได้มาตรฐาน, การจัดหาบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ที่เชี่ยวชาญ (อายุรแพทย์โรคไต, พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ผ่านการอบรมเฉพาะทาง), การจัดหาวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองและอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็น, การดูแลรักษาระบบ, และการจัดการของเสีย ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินการ รวมถึงการปรับปรุงสถานที่ให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานสมาคมโรคไตแห่งประเทศไทย โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นการให้บริการที่มีคุณภาพและได้มาตรฐาน โดยมีการกำหนดตัวชี้วัดคุณภาพทั้งในเชิงกระบวนการและผลลัพธ์ ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดทำรายงานและดำเนินการปรับปรุงตามข้อเสนอแนะจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างสม่ำเสมอ

The project for outsourcing hemodialysis services at Nang Rong Hospital aims to provide accessible and queue-free hemodialysis treatment for end-stage renal disease patients in the 7 districts served by the hospital. This will reduce waiting times and alleviate the financial burden of travel for patients. The scope of work includes procuring and installing at least 20 dialysis machines with a standardized purified water production system, providing qualified medical personnel (nephrologists, certified nurses), supplying consumables and necessary equipment, system maintenance, and waste management. The contractor is responsible for all related operational costs, including facility improvements to meet the standards of the Nephrology Society of Thailand. This project emphasizes quality and standardized services, with defined quality indicators for both processes and outcomes. The contractor must submit reports and implement improvements based on recommendations from relevant agencies regularly.
