โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อยกระดับและพัฒนาศักยภาพการท่องเที่ยวในพื้นที่กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคกลางตอนบน โดยเน้นการท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์ วัฒนธรรม เชิงนิเวศ สุขภาพ และแหล่งท่องเที่ยวชุมชน ภายใต้แนวคิดการท่องเที่ยวอย่างรับผิดชอบ โครงการนี้มีกิจกรรมหลักคือ การพัฒนารูปแบบความเชื่อมโยงกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์ วัฒนธรรม เชิงนิเวศ เชิงสุขภาพ เชิงกีฬา และแหล่งท่องเที่ยวชุมชน โดยมีกิจกรรมย่อยที่สำคัญคือ การจัดงาน “ภูมิศิลป์ ถิ่นวัฒนธรรม ลุ่มแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา - ป่าสัก” ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการหลากหลายกิจกรรม ได้แก่ การจัดเตรียมความพร้อม การประชาสัมพันธ์ การจัดกิจกรรมสาธิตและออกร้านจำหน่ายสินค้า/ผลิตภัณฑ์ทางวัฒนธรรม การจัดแสดงนิทรรศการ “ภาพเก่า เล่าอดีต” การจัดการแสดงศิลปวัฒนธรรม การแข่งขันวาดภาพ และการประเมินผลการจัดกิจกรรม

ผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมโครงการจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย มีผลงานการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวอย่างน้อย 1 ผลงาน โดยมีมูลค่าไม่ต่ำกว่า 1,600,000 บาท มีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามที่กำหนด และต้องเสนอรูปแบบ แนวคิดการดำเนินงาน และเทคนิคให้คณะกรรมการพิจารณา ระยะเวลาการดำเนินงาน 60 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา งบประมาณ 3,555,490 บาท

This project aims to enhance and develop the potential of historical, cultural, ecological, health, and community tourism in the Chao Phraya-Pasak River basin area, based on responsible tourism. The main activity involves developing a model to link tourism activities in historical, cultural, ecological, health, sports, and community tourism. The key sub-activity is the “Phumisilp Thin Watthanatham” event for the fiscal year 2025.

The contractor must carry out various activities, including preparation, public relations, demonstration activities, cultural product sales, “Old Pictures, Recalling the Past” exhibition, art and cultural performances, a painting competition, and evaluation of the activities.

Interested parties must meet specified qualifications, such as legal capacity, no bankruptcy, and at least one experience in tourism promotion activities with a value of no less than 1,600,000 baht. They must have a net asset value as specified and propose operational concepts and techniques to the committee. The project duration is 60 days from the contract signing date, with a budget of 3,555,490 baht.
