ประกาศเชิญชวนผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมเสนอราคาสำหรับโครงการจัดซื้อตู้เย็นเก็บศพแบบ 2 ช่อง สำหรับโรงพยาบาลแพร่ เพื่อทดแทนตู้เดิมที่ชำรุด โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้กลุ่มงานนิติเวชมีความพร้อมในการใช้งาน โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 600,000 บาท ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) ของกรมบัญชีกลาง

ตู้เย็นเก็บศพต้องมีคุณสมบัติทั่วไปตามที่กำหนด เช่น ตัวตู้ทำจากสแตนเลสเกรด 304 มีฉนวนป้องกันความร้อน และระบบทำความเย็นที่มีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถทำอุณหภูมิได้ถึง -5 องศาเซลเซียส มีระบบควบคุมอุณหภูมิแบบ Touchscreen พร้อมระบบบันทึกและแจ้งเตือนเมื่ออุปกรณ์ทำงานผิดพลาด นอกจากนี้ ต้องมีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี กำหนดส่งมอบงานภายใน 60 วันหลังลงนามสัญญา โดยจะพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอที่ใช้เกณฑ์ราคารวมต่ำสุด
