โครงการนี้เป็นการปรับปรุงถนนลาดยางแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีตและก่อสร้างรางระบายน้ำ ค.ส.ล. บริเวณถนนทางหลวงท้องถิ่นสายสุดบรรทัด - บ้านหนองบัว ในพื้นที่ ม.1 ต.ตลิ่งชัน อ.เมืองสระบุรี จ.สระบุรี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานของถนนและปรับปรุงระบบระบายน้ำเพื่อป้องกันปัญหาน้ำท่วมขัง

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการปรับปรุงถนนลาดยางแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต ช่วงที่ 1 ขนาดกว้าง 4.50 ม. ยาว 233.30 ม., ช่วงที่ 2 ขนาดกว้าง 5.00 ม. ยาว 651.60 ม., ช่วงที่ 3 ขนาดกว้าง 4.60 ม. ยาว 142.50 ม., และช่วงที่ 4 ขนาดกว้าง 5.00 ม. ยาว 66.80 ม. โดยมีความหนาเฉลี่ย 0.05 ม. รวมพื้นที่ลาดยางไม่น้อยกว่า 5,297.35 ตารางเมตร และก่อสร้างรางระบายน้ำ ค.ส.ล. พร้อมฝาตะแกรงเหล็ก ขนาดกว้าง 0.50 ม. ยาว 234.30 ม. จากหน้าศาลเจ้าพ่อสีชมพูถึงบ่อพักระบายน้ำเดิม

ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดทำและส่งเอกสารการออกแบบส่วนผสมแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีตที่มีอายุไม่เกิน 6 เดือนรับรองโดยหน่วยงานราชการ และทำการ Coring เพื่อตรวจสอบความหนาและทดสอบหาค่าความแน่นโดยวิธีมาร์แชลล์ คอนกรีตที่ใช้ในการก่อสร้างรางระบายน้ำต้องมีค่า Strength 240 ksc และมีการเก็บตัวอย่างเพื่อทดสอบกำลังอัดประลัย ผู้รับจ้างต้องใช้วัสดุภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 และใช้เหล็กที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90

This project involves the asphalt concrete overlay and construction of reinforced concrete drainage channels on the local road Sai Sut Banthat - Ban Nong Bua, located in Moo 1, Taling Chan Subdistrict, Mueang Saraburi District, Saraburi Province. The objective is to improve road efficiency and enhance the drainage system to prevent flooding.

The scope of work includes asphalt concrete overlay in four sections: Section 1 is 4.50 m wide and 233.30 m long, Section 2 is 5.00 m wide and 651.60 m long, Section 3 is 4.60 m wide and 142.50 m long, and Section 4 is 5.00 m wide and 66.80 m long, with an average thickness of 0.05 m, totaling at least 5,297.35 square meters. Additionally, the project includes the construction of a 0.50 m wide and 234.30 m long reinforced concrete drainage channel with steel grating covers from the Chao Pho Si Chomphu Shrine to the existing drainage pond.

The contractor must prepare and submit an asphalt concrete mix design document, certified by a government agency, that is no more than 6 months old. Coring is required to check the thickness and perform Marshall stability tests. The concrete used for the drainage channel construction must have a Strength of 240 ksc, and samples must be collected for compressive strength testing. The contractor must use domestic materials for at least 60% of the project value and domestic steel for at least 90% of the steel quantity.
