โรงพยาบาลราชบุรีมีความประสงค์จะจ้างเหมาบริการกำจัดขยะมูลฝอยติดเชื้อและขยะอันตรายเป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีสถานที่กำจัดที่ได้มาตรฐาน มีเตาเผาที่ได้มาตรฐานและระบบควบคุมมลพิษ มีผู้ควบคุมระบบป้องกันสิ่งแวดล้อมเป็นพิษ และมีใบอนุญาตประกอบกิจการที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้รับจ้างต้องสามารถกำจัดขยะได้ทุกประเภท เช่น ผ้าก๊อซ สำลี เศษเนื้ออวัยวะ เลือด เสมหะ หลอดเข็มฉีดยา ถุงมือยาง และภาชนะที่ปนเปื้อนสารกัมมันตรังสี หรือสารเคมีบำบัด และต้องจัดการมูลฝอยติดเชื้ออันตรายตามมาตรฐานกระทรวงสาธารณสุข
