โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดจ้างก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (คสล.) พร้อมติดตั้งโคมไฟถนนพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ SMARTTECH จำนวน 18 ชุด ในพื้นที่บ้านโพธิ์ศรี หมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลโพธิ์ศรีสว่าง อำเภอโพนทอง จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือการปรับปรุงถนนเดิมที่เป็นถนนลูกรังที่ชำรุดทรุดโทรม ให้เป็นถนน คสล. ที่มีความแข็งแรงทนทาน รองรับการขนส่งสินค้าทางการเกษตรและการประมง ซึ่งเป็นอาชีพหลักของคนในชุมชน รวมถึงช่วยลดปัญหาฝุ่นละอองในช่วงหน้าแล้ง และเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในการสัญจรของประชาชนด้วยการติดตั้งโคมไฟถนนพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ โครงการนี้ดำเนินการโดยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) และมุ่งเน้นการแก้ไขปัญหาในการขนส่งสินค้า ลดต้นทุนการขนส่ง และยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในพื้นที่

This project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete road and the installation of 18 SMARTTECH solar-powered streetlights in Ban Pho Si, Village No. 1, Pho Si Sawang Subdistrict, Phon Thong District, Roi Et Province. The main objective is to improve the existing damaged dirt road into a durable reinforced concrete road to support the transportation of agricultural and fishery products, which are the main occupations of the community. It also aims to reduce dust problems during the dry season and improve the safety of public travel by installing solar-powered streetlights. This project will be carried out through an electronic bidding process (e-bidding) and focuses on solving transportation problems, reducing transportation costs, and improving the quality of life of the local residents.
