ประกาศร่างขอบเขตของงาน (TOR) สำหรับโครงการจ้างเหมาเอกชนสนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการตามภารกิจภายในตลาดนัดจตุจักร ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อยกระดับตลาดนัดจตุจักรให้มีภาพลักษณ์และงานบริหารที่มีประสิทธิภาพเทียบเท่าระดับสากล ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบงานหลัก 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ (1) การบริหารจัดการความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยของแผงค้าและพื้นที่ (2) การรักษาความปลอดภัย (3) การดูแลรักษาความสะอาด (4) การบำรุงรักษาอาคารสถานที่ และ (5) การบริหารจัดการแผงค้า พื้นที่ว่าง สัญญาเช่า การบัญชี แผนการตลาด และการประชาสัมพันธ์ รวมถึงการติดตามหนี้สินและดำเนินคดี ผู้สนใจจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารอาคาร ตลาด หรือห้างสรรพสินค้า วงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 5,000,000 บาท ภายในระยะเวลา 5 ปี และต้องมีบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ความสามารถตามที่กำหนดไว้ใน TOR

The primary objective is to enhance the market’s image and operational efficiency to an international standard. The successful bidder will be responsible for five key areas: (1) managing the orderliness of stalls and other areas, (2) security, (3) cleanliness, (4) building and facility maintenance, and (5) managing stalls, vacant spaces, lease agreements, accounting, marketing, and public relations, including debt collection and legal actions. Bidders must meet legal requirements, possess experience in managing buildings, markets, or shopping malls with a minimum value of 5,000,000 baht within the past 5 years, and have qualified personnel as specified in the TOR.
