โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงและยกระดับคุณภาพของถนนซอยแม่เจือ ด้วยการปูผิวทางด้วยยางแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต (Asphaltic Concrete) ความหนา 0.05 เมตร บนผิวทางเดิม โดยมีความกว้างของถนนอยู่ระหว่าง 5.00 ถึง 7.00 เมตร และมีความยาวรวมทั้งสิ้น 304 เมตร โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ผิวจราจรทั้งหมดไม่น้อยกว่า 2,260 ตารางเมตร ซึ่งรวมถึงทางเชื่อม, บ่อพัก, และรางวี นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการปรับปรุงฝาบ่อพักและรางวีเดิมให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด การดำเนินงานจะต้องเป็นไปตามแบบแปลนของเทศบาลเมืองมาบตาพุด (แบบเลขที่ 33/2568) รวมถึงการติดตั้งป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการทั้งแบบชั่วคราวและถาวร ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการตรวจสอบแบบแปลน, วางแผนการปฏิบัติงาน, จัดการจราจรระหว่างการก่อสร้าง, และควบคุมคุณภาพวัสดุให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน มอก. มีการกำหนดให้ใช้พัสดุที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่า 60% และเหล็กที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่า 90% ของปริมาณที่ใช้ทั้งหมด รวมถึงการทดสอบความต้านทานแรงอัดของคอนกรีตต้องไม่ต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด

The main objective of this project is to improve and upgrade the quality of Soi Mae Jeua road by paving the road surface with Asphaltic Concrete, 0.05 meters thick, on the existing road surface. The road width is between 5.00 and 7.00 meters, and the total length is 304 meters. This project covers a total traffic surface area of not less than 2,260 square meters, including connecting roads, manholes, and V-shaped drainage ditches. In addition, the existing manhole covers and V-drains will be improved to meet the specified standards. The work must be carried out according to the plans of the Maptaphut Municipality (Drawing No. 33/2568), including the installation of both temporary and permanent project signs. The contractor is responsible for checking the plans, planning the work, managing traffic during construction, and controlling the quality of materials to meet TIS standards. It is stipulated that domestically produced materials must be used for not less than 60% and domestically produced steel for not less than 90% of the total quantity used. Including the compressive strength test of concrete must not be lower than the specified criteria.
