โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาจ้างก่อสร้างเพื่อซ่อมสร้างผิวทางแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีต โดยวิธี Pavement In-Place Recycling บนถนนทางหลวงชนบทหมายเลข นฐ.4058 ในอำเภอกำแพงแสน จังหวัดนครปฐม มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงสภาพถนนที่ชำรุดให้สามารถรองรับปริมาณจราจรได้อย่างปลอดภัยและสะดวกสบายยิ่งขึ้น ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการดำเนินงาน Pavement In-Place Recycling, Prime Coat, Asphaltic Concrete, การติดตั้งเครื่องหมายจราจร, และการตีเส้นจราจร ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินงานให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 90 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยมีการแบ่งจ่ายเงินเป็น 3 งวดตามความคืบหน้าของงาน โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณ 9,800,000 บาท ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด รวมถึงประสบการณ์ในงานบำรุงทาง และมีโรงงานผสมแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีตที่ได้มาตรฐาน หรือมีหนังสือยินยอมให้ใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์จากโรงงานผสมแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีตอื่น โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายที่จะพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านคมนาคมขนส่งในพื้นที่ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและปลอดภัยยิ่งขึ้น
